📑 Terms of Service

By accessing or using the services of Meddicare Wellness Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including diagnostics, pharmacy, and medical consultations, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

1. Eligibility

  • Services are available only to individuals aged 18 years and above.
  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Services are intended for residents of India only.

2. Medical Services

  • Consultations are provided by licensed medical professionals who exercise independent judgment.
  • Prescriptions are issued in compliance with Indian medical regulations.
  • Teleconsultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020).

3. Pharmacy Services

  • Medicines are sourced only from licensed distributors.
  • Prescription drugs require a valid prescription.
  • Narcotics and psychotropics are not supplied without proper authorization.
  • Medicines are for personal use only; resale is prohibited.

4. Payments

  • Payments must be made through authorized channels (e.g., UPI, verified accounts).
  • Services are activated only after payment verification.
  • Fraudulent transactions may result in suspension and reporting to authorities.

5. User Conduct

  • Users must not provide false information, misuse services, or upload fake prescriptions.
  • Harassment, illegal use, or unauthorized data access is strictly prohibited.
  • Recording consultations requires prior consent from the doctor.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Meddicare Wellness Pvt Ltd or licensed to it. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Meddicare Wellness Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.
  • Medical decisions remain the responsibility of the consulting doctor and patient.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
