1. Eligibility

- Services are intended for residents of India only.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if eligibility criteria are not met.
2. Medical Services
- Consultations are provided by licensed medical professionals who exercise independent judgment in accordance with applicable medical regulations.
- Prescriptions are issued in compliance with Indian medical laws.
- Teleconsultations follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines (2020).
- The Company facilitates access to medical services but does not substitute professional medical advice.
3. Payments
- Payments must be made through authorized channels (e.g., UPI, verified accounts).
- Services are activated only after payment verification.
- Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in suspension and reporting to authorities.
4. User Conduct
- Users must not provide false information, misuse services, or upload fake prescriptions.
- Harassment, illegal use, or unauthorized data access is strictly prohibited.
- Recording consultations requires explicit prior consent from both doctor and patient.
- The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Meddicare Wellness Pvt Ltd or licensed to it.
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meddicare Wellness Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid for the disputed service.
- Medical decisions are made by consulting doctors exercising independent judgment; the Company is not responsible for clinical outcomes.
7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures in service caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by Indian law.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
- The Company may recommend mediation or arbitration before litigation to resolve disputes efficiently.
