💳 Refund Policy

1. Consultations

• Full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
• No refund for missed or completed consultations.

2. Pharmacy

• Refunds available for sealed, unopened, non‑prescription items returned within 7 days.
• Prescription medicines cannot be returned once dispensed, except in case of proven delivery errors.

3. Diagnostics

• Full refund if cancelled before sample collection.
• No refund once the diagnostic process has started.

4. Payment Errors

• Erroneous or duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
