How to Request a Refund

Email support@meddicare.in with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order ID / Booking ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • UPI ID to receive the refund

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds are credited to your original UPI account within 5–7 business days after approval.

Consultation Refunds

  • Cancel through your dashboard or by emailing us 2+ hours before your scheduled time for a full refund
  • If your doctor does not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, you automatically qualify for a full refund
  • Technical issues preventing consultation (our end): full refund or free rescheduling

Pharmacy Refunds

  • Prescription (Rx) medicines are non-refundable once dispensed due to regulatory requirements
  • Non-Rx items can be returned if sealed and in original condition within 7 days of delivery
  • Return shipping charges are borne by us if the item was wrong or damaged

Diagnostic Test Refunds

  • Cancel before the phlebotomist arrives for a full refund
  • Once a sample is collected and sent to the lab, refunds are not possible
